Partner CIRCUS
CIRCUS addresses the challenge of energy resilience in rural regions across Europe by adapting and implementing accessible tools for local renewable energy production and E-community development. By fostering transnational cooperation and training 150 advisors, the project aims to create 30 stronger E-communities, empowering rural citizens, entrepreneurs, and local authorities to enhance energy efficiency and self-sufficiency.
Establishing an E-Community with
the CIRCUS Method
Our "CIRCUS Method for Emerging Groups to Establish
an E-Community" builds on existing tools from the NWE region.
These tools haven't been widely adopted yet, so we'll refine and adapt them to make them more accessible and practical across the region.
Partner Collaboration:
- Project Management & Communication (LG): LG leads with strong communication skills and experienced project managers.
- Development (CLA): CLA coordinates WP1, focusing on transnational collaboration.
- Implementation (UT): UT oversees WP2, supporting pilot projects with expertise from across the partnership.
- Training (EPV): EPV leads WP3, supported by partners in creating and delivering educational content.
By working together, we ensure the CIRCUS method is effectively developed, implemented, and shared across the NWE region.
