Rural Association, CIRCUS Project

We’re excited to share that the CIRCUS project ("Connecting Initiatives for Rural Communities, Upscaling their Sustainable energy") has taken its first steps! From June 10th to 12th, we held our inaugural Internal Kick-off Event—a significant milestone marking the unofficial start of our collaborative journey toward sustainable energy solutions for rural communities.

This initial gathering, an internal and closed event, brought together project partners from France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, and Germany. Over the course of these three days, partners had the opportunity to meet face-to-face, share expertise, and build the foundation for the next four years of collaboration. It was a valuable time for everyone to align on the project’s goals, discuss the challenges ahead, and start forming the strong, cooperative network that will be essential for the project's success.

Although this was an unofficial start, the importance of this event cannot be overstated. It was more than just an introduction; it was an essential moment to ensure that all partners are on the same page and ready to work together towards enhancing energy resilience and self-sufficiency in rural areas.

As the CIRCUS project progresses, we’re eager to keep you informed about our journey. Stay tuned by following this page, keeping up with updates from our partners, or visiting our project website. Together, we're laying the groundwork for a sustainable future, one step at a time. 🌱💡

We look forward to sharing more about our progress and the innovative tools we’re developing!
